Coffee drinks here are a hard miss. Just finding out there ice latte drinks are made with coffee drip & not espresso shots. No wonder the taste is off. Also the caramel flavor they use is very off as well. There chicken sandwich is very dry & needs mayo. Also I do miss the days when this coffee shop was involved with the community. They use to close late & have live music playing. Service & Atmosphere is great. The coffee drinks are not good.

Today was not the best day here, I informed the gentleman receiving my order, it was for here, request a house mug. Please see pictures. I come and relax at these locations for the experience. As I look around people who have drinks have mugs, or plates, silverware. I received a items in to go cup and paper bag. No utensils. I informed him, I would like a mug. He states I ordered a large drink, then I believe I should have been informed than that they do not have mugs for large drinks. Only small. But see pictures again when I poured my drink in to the mug ...there was very little left in the large cup. The area is not the best for ADA, I am using a walker not enough space between tables. Thank you for listening to me.

The shop itself was amazing, and the employee who helped me choose beans was awesome. They were friendly, helpful, and made the experience a good one. I ended up buying two bags of dark roast for my espresso machine at home, but unfortunately I was pretty disappointed with the coffee itself. For my taste, it was mediocre at best and didn’t live up to the experience I had in the store. So while I had a great experience with the staff and the atmosphere, the beans just weren’t for me. So far, Addison Coffee Roasters is still my favorite local roaster in DFW for coffee connoisseurs.

Love this coffee-one of my favs in the DFW area. The iced white rocker is delicious and they have a lot of options (dairy free, sugar free). What isn't sugar free are their homemade pop-tarts and those are amazing!

White Rock Coffee is one of many places in the coffee scene within the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex, and what makes them taste like hometown are three things: authentic hospitality, variety of different drinks and sauces that they make, and most importantly, the way they gave back to the community. I went to visit their original location on Northwest Hwy. conveniently located right next to the Dallas Police Northwest Division. Fun fact: did you know that they have a roastery next to their original location? How amazing! However, that one is by appointment only, so check with them for more details. Shoutout to the White Rock Coffee staff for welcoming us back with open arms, as well as introducing new drinks to us that were of high demand and interest. One, however, that really did catch my eye, was my all time-favorite: the White Rocker, which included two shots of espresso, whole milk, and their signature White Rock syrup. My friend on the other hand, got the Lone Star Latte — chai with a hint of that White Rock syrup that they put in there as well! 

Because of their roastery, all of their coffee beans are sourced from local partners and cooked and roasted right here in the hear
